PHOTO COLLAGE & POST CARD deadline
We’re about to take a final picture of the photo collage hanging in St.Mary’s to turn in to a church postcard. This means you can still add your passport sized photo to the collage by next Sunday or, some may also wish to remove their picture. Thank you for sharing in the collage as a celebration & thanksgiving of so many friends in our church family. It is only together that we are Jesus’ church in our parish!
We’re trying to ‘square’ up the image so please place new photos accordingly whilst some other photos may be relocated to make a postcard shape – thank you.

You may like to make one at home or just make one at the table at the back of St.Mary’s when you arrive – thank you. WOULD YOU LIKE A PERMANENT BADGE MAKING FOR YOU? If you fill in the slip and pop it in the small box at the back then Hilary Wilson has kindly offered to make proper badges. Thank you Hilary.

FAMILIES MINISTER: As announced last Sunday
Although pleased for Jo Northey and her family, as a parish we are sad to announce that Jo, our Families Minister, has been appointed as the new full time Families Minister & Pioneer in the parish of Emsworth & Warblington.
Jo will continue in post here until Thurs 18th Oct and will be moving to a new home in Emsworth the following week. We extend our congratulations to Jo upon her new appointment and our prayers for her and her family at this time; especially with her husband Ed having just been deployed to sea for 8 months as a Navy Chaplain. We are grateful for all that Jo has brought to us in the parish over 7 months as our Families Minister and she will be greatly missed.
The post will continue here and we are grateful to all who have been giving in sponsorship of this exciting missional role in our parish. It is our intention to advertise the vacancy within the next two weeks and seek to appoint a new Families Minister from half term. We’d therefore value your prayers both for the process and for the right person to be appointed, as well as for all who will naturally be upset by this news.
