This Thursday Alpha starts with a complimentary ‘fish n chip’ supper and an introductory film – a taster session.

LENT COURSE ‘On The Third Day’
Why not join us for this year’s Lent Course, ‘On The Third Day’? Starting on Weds 11th March, it comprises of five sessions exploring the relevance of the resurrection for today. We will be running two groups in the comfortable St.Francis’ Church in Clayhall Road; one at 10.30am to noon, the other from 7.30pm to 9.00pm. All are welcome, with tea and coffee to start. The inspired speaker Canon J.John is visiting Portsmouth for an event organised by the churches called ‘Just One’. Tickets at £5 are available for 4th & 5th April. Alverstoke Garden Walkabout 4th-5th July
If you have a garden in Alverstoke, you could open it up for us! It doesn’t need to look like the Chelsea Show, just a space you enjoy and would like to share however large or small, paved or lawned, shuns or tubs.
