…at ALPHA – Ideal for LENT
29 folk enjoyed the Alpha Supper last Thursday – now the course proper starts this Thursday at 7.15pm in the Parish Centre. This week the film led theme is ‘Who is Jesus?’ . To reflect on this you’re welcome to come along and join in.

The Friday morning Bible Fellowship Group is following the Alpha Course for Lent. You’d be welcome to join them, toddlers welcome too – contact Kay Howard or Marie Anthony.
…or PARISH BOUNDARY PRAYER WALK
Andy Norris will be leaving the Lifeboat Station heading east at 1.30pm on Wednesday 21st Feb to ‘beat the bounds’ of the parish as a ‘praying as we walk along’ walk! Any who can walk and pray at 3mph are welcome to join him for the 6 miles to be back about 4.00pm (15 minute cafe break!).
new LEESLAND NEIGHBOURHOOD CHURCH
Arising out of our pioneering ministry please pray for Revd Tim & Clare Watson and those who’ll gather to start the new church in St.Faith’s next Sunday. Blue cards at the back describe the vision of a new faith community for the
Leesland area. Please use the blue cards to inform your prayers and as an invitation for those you know, especially those who don’t belong to another church, for whom this could become their faith community. Contact Tim Watson.

Working Towards a New Parish Centre
COFFEE, CAKE & Co. Tuesday 27th
We’d value your company a week on Tuesday. Every 4th Tuesday of the month from 10.30am-noon in the Parish Centre. £2.50 for coffee and cake. Cakes & books for sale. Bring friends and spread the word…
Last year the coffee mornings alone raised over £3000 towards the Parish Centre Regeneration Fund – thank you to all concerned.
IT’S LENT: Let’s help you…
by releasing you from any unwanted items such as chocolates and that bottle of …? Just think of the Lenten benefits of donating them towards the new Parish Centre. Any gifts, candles, novelty items delivered to the Parish Office would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your support.
