Eternal Father, whose Son Jesus Christ
ascended to the throne of heaven
that he might rule over all things as Lord and King:
keep the Church in the unity of the Spirit
and in the bond of peace,
and bring the whole created order to worship at his feet;
who is alive and reigns with you,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever. Amen.

WE’RE SO PLEASED…
if you’ve come along and joined us in supporting the candidates at their Baptism and Confirmation this morning. If you are new to St.Mary’s then we hope you will find all you need in the order of service leaflet. Bishop Christopher welcomes us all to this special service and invites us to pray for the candidates as they take this step of faith. Please stay on for coffee and cake in celebration after the service!
NEW PA AND PROJECTION being INSTALLED The scaffolding is now down, but works are still in progress installing the new PA and Visual Presentation system in St.Mary’s. The screen is up! But please note that some cabling may be loose and equipment stored around the church this Sunday. Congregational giving to Shaping The Future plus grants so far from The Bernard Sunley Charitable Foundation, Diocesan Mission Opportunities Fund, Friends of St.Mary’s, the Choir, the Flower Guild and members’ Open Gardens have all contributed to allow this project to be undertaken – thank you all. It is hoped the installation will be complete for use on Advent Sunday and at least by the busy Christmas season – we apologise for any inconvenience whilst this work is undertaken by Sound Advice Ltd who install nationally but are locally based in Fareham. Our Daily Services are being held in the Parish Centre.
PARISH KENYA MATERNITY PARTNERSHIP
Many thanks to all who supported the Kenya Supper with Charlotte from Christian Aid updating us about our project to support 5 maternity units in Narok County
(our 2 year partnership to raise £5000 by July 2016 increased to £20,000 by the EU!).
The supper has now raised over £800 towards this,
so thank you very much and to the members of the 5 Bible Fellowship Groups who hosted the evening.
If you would like to be a partner in giving a small sum regularly to this project then please take the leaflet and form from the back of church – thank you.
