Latest Information about
CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR SERVICES
under Tier 4
Online services will continue in to 2021
We shall also now send online worship on 27th Dec and 3rd Jan.
CHRISTMAS EVE MIDNIGHT & CHRISTMAS DAY 8.15am & 10.00am
ticketed services are going ahead as planned.
SUNDAY 27th DECEMBER:
8.15am will no longer be Communion but a time of intercessory prayer:
A Service of Prayer for the Community & Nation
11.00am St.Luke’s – Communion Service is going ahead as planned.
(The gate staff will let you in to Haslar to go to St.Luke’s to worship).
NEW YEAR FIREBREAK!
There will be no live services of our recent pattern on
Sunday’s 3rd January and 10th January.
Instead of this Andy will host intercessory prayer at 8.15am in St.Mary’s
on each Sunday morning, a simple service:
A Service of Prayer for the Community & Nation.
(Not a formal liturgy or communion)
NO MIDWEEK WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY COMMUNIONS
until the week after Sunday live worship resumes.
We’re very sorry about this but a Tier 4 firebreak, although not required by law, seems to be an appropriate response for the two Sundays around the New Year.
We will now provide online worship on those dates.
The PCC will meet on 12th January to discuss what we do after this under Tier 4 with a view to starting live worship again as soon as we feel able in January.
