A huge THANK YOU, to everyone who continues to support our fundraising efforts.

Gifts, donations, coffee mornings, events and the change collected in milk bottles have boosted the total raised by end of  July 2017 to over £18,300!  Thank you all.  Let’s now get to £20,000 by the Michaelmas Fayre!
The milk bottles are gradually coming back filled with much appreciated change. Thank you to those who have returned their first, and taken another one to fill. If you have one in the kitchen – please share your change with it, and return it to the Parish Centre when it’s full!

Could you help the team with one of these events? If you can, please leave your contact details with Sue in the Parish Centre office, and we will get in touch with you.

Could your company help to boost the fund?

We are contacting local businesses to ask for their support by providing donations, raffle prizes, or sponsorship.
Do you work for a company that may like to sponsor one or more of our events? This could be a contribution to the cost of catering, or to cover all of the costs for an event. We will promote sponsors on posters, tickets and programmes, as a thank you for their support.
I’d love to hear from anyone who could introduce me to a sponsor!! I’m happy to come and talk about our plans, and how much help we need to make them happen.

We are especially appreciative of individual donations, and we and will have some permanent record in the new building to commemorate the contribution from our community. Can you help us by making a donation?
You could set up a Standing Order – collect a letter from the Parish Centre – the standing order form is on the reverse.
If you prefer to make a donation by cheque, please make it payable to the Alverstoke Parish Centre Regeneration Fund.

You’d be welcome to contact me for more information.
Thank you
Ann Smith, Chair of the Fundraising Team
