GIVE THANKS WITH A GRATEFUL HEART
Eph.1v16: ‘We never cease to give thanks for you’

THE OCTOBER 200 plus CHURCH COLLAGE!
We couldn’t believe it in compiling a list of volunteers which has revealed how over 200 of you are serving the mission of the church in so many different ways throughout our parish. This is amazing and something for which we give thanks this October – all your time and talents offered to the Lord’s work. THANK YOU. We also appreciate that this is in addition to any other ways in which you serve the Lord in your workplace, at home or with charities. To reflect upon this we want to make a Collage of every worshipper by asking you all to bring a passport sized photo of yourself and glueing to the collage in the south aisle in St.Mary’s. Kid’s too – let’s end up with 300 pictures by the end of the month as we give thanks for the fellowship we share together!

MUSIC, DRAMA, ART, MOVEMENT, LITURGY
For 2018 we seek to create a second worship band, along with having a drama group, the inspiration of some artists for worship, a dance/movement group, and those who may write prayers/liturgy. We have valued some of these in the past – let’s release such gifts again! The idea is the groups would meet in fellowship and prayer as they prepare – and then share their creativity once a month in worship. Please have a word with the clergy – especially if you can be a champion for one of these ministries.
