SERVING & GIVING
Acts 4v32: ‘they did not claim their possessions as their own, but they shared everything they had… in God’s grace’
TRAIDCRAFT STALL
In St.Mary’s on Sun 16th Oct after the 0930 and Church Alive services. Hosted by Pete & Julie Fieldsend who have taken up representing Traidcraft for us. We have coffee, tea, biscuits and one or two other products which we’re trying, along with catalogues for people to browse and order in time for Christmas – our next stall will be Sun 20 Nov.

FLOWERPOTS!
It would be appreciated if you’re able to pop any small flowerpots to the back of St.Mary’s or the office this week. Then the children will plant them up with bulbs next Sunday to sell in the Spring for our Ethiopia
appeal.

FOOD BASKET in St.Mary’s
All year long a basket at the back of St.Mary’s welcomes any provisions to support local homeless young people in the care of the Accommodation Resource Centre.
For that extra tin of beans etc in your groceries we are very grateful – thank you.

ST.MARY’S JUNIOR SAILING CLUB
Many thanks to the team of volunteers who worked hard to provide a successful season of sailing for young people on the creek. Our church club hosts about 40 young people each weekend from the club house where we have some 12 sailing dinghies. Many thanks to all as we anticipate our club ‘Laying Up Supper’ and awards next Saturday 15th, with our President Dee Caffari and record breaking sailor Alex Alley sharing his exploits.
