One week left… Joining the CHURCH ELECTORAL ROLL
Electoral Roll welcome membership and giving packs are available for the annual update of the formal parish Electoral Roll which is taking place during March closing on 5th April, Easter Day, ahead of the APCM.

CAN YOU JOIN OUR WELCOME TEAM?
At the annual meeting we nominate ‘sidesmen’ who have the most important role of being our welcomers as we come to worship. Perhaps you could join the rota for this? – we especially need more women as well as men, and younger people too. If so please sign the list at the back of our churches. New Training for all sidemen is essential and will be on 5th May at 7.30pm or 9th May at 9.00am. See wardens for more information. This is for those who would be welcomers at St.Francis’ and St.Faith’s too – thank you.

ANNUAL PAROCHIAL CHURCH MEETING (APCM)
Please note that the AGM for the whole parish is to be held on Tuesday 21st April 2015 at 7.00pm in the Parish Centre.
If possible please bring a £1 coin to the meeting and we’ll tell you why when you get there!

ELECTIONS TO PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL
We elect 4 members of St.Mary’s to the PCC for a 3 year term at each annual meeting. We’re grateful to Graham, Rosemary and Karen who have served and are stepping down this time. Please pray towards this and nomination forms for electoral roll members are at the back of St.Mary’s.
We’re also grateful to Karen for her service as PCC Secretary – a post which we shall need to fill for the new PCC! Could you join the PCC as our new Secretary?

WELCOMING THE NEW CURATE Save the Date
