FAREWELL TO PHIL & MAGGIE HISCOCK
Please especially join us next Sunday 1st March so that we can all come together at 10.00am for Phil’s final parish communion and lunch as he retires after 7 years of ministry in this parish. There are no other services that day. Please share in expressing our appreciation to Phil & Maggie for all they have given to us over the years. It will be a special service with a special liturgy.

Next Sunday FAREWELL LUNCH
As we bid farewell to Phil & Maggie we have the perfect opportunity to get together as a church across the parish and enjoy an informal lunch in the Parish Centre from 12noon. Please come. We shall enjoy a simple Bring & Share Lunch such that those who are able to offer savoury finger buffet foods or a cake are invited to drop them in to the Parish Centre as you arrive to the service; thank you very much. All welcome as we gather for lunch, cut the cake and raise a glass!

The parish Baby & Toddler group is celebrating its first anniversary on Tuesday at St.Francis from 9.30am. Many thanks to Jo, Sam and the amazing team. Did you know that the Monday & Tuesday groups now have some 90 registered families over the past year!

Electoral Roll welcome membership and giving packs will be available shortly for the annual update of the parish Electoral Roll will take place during March closing on 5th April, Easter Day, ahead of the APCM.

Churches Together Open Air Service on 3rd April at 11.15am outside St Mary’s (R.C) Church, Gosport High Street. Join fellow Christians in a shared act of witness and worship. (If wet, at Christ Church, Stoke Road.)

We host 5 small Bible Fellowship Groups which regularly meet in homes or the Parish Centre for friendship, prayer, Bible discussion, reflection. They always welcome new members – details on the website under ‘Courses’ or from Diana Dow.

DID YOU KNOW… Pioneering Minister
We are seeking the support of the Deanery in the hope that the Bishop may appoint a Pioneering Minister for Leesland (as a form of successor to Phil at St.Faith’s) and in collaboration with Forton sandwiching the area north of B3333 and south of A32. Please pray for the meeting of the Deanery Mission & Pastoral Committee on 12th March when this will continue to be discussed.
